Order Procedure for ArTopShop

At ArTopShop, we aim to make online shopping simple, fast, and secure for all customers.

Follow the steps below to place your order successfully.

Step 2: Add to Cart

After selecting your product:

  • Click the “Add to Cart” button
  • Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

Make sure you select the correct quantity, size, or variant (if applicable).

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Go to your cart and click “Checkout”.

Provide the following information carefully:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Email Address (optional)

Incorrect information may cause delivery delays.

Step 4: Confirm Your Order

Choose your preferred payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payment (if available)

After submitting your order:

  • You may receive a confirmation SMS, call, or email
  • Our support team may contact you for verification

Step 5: Order Processing

Once confirmed:

  • Your order will be processed within 24 hours
  • Products will be packed securely
  • Shipment will be handed over to our delivery partner

Step 6: Delivery

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Working Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 Working Days

Please keep your phone active during delivery time.

Step 7: Receive & Check Product

Customers are requested to:

  • Check the package carefully
  • Record an unboxing video if possible
  • Verify product condition before use

For damaged or wrong items, contact us immediately.
