Return & Refund Policy for ArTopShop

At ArTopShop, we always try to provide 100% quality-full products imported directly from China. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is missing parts/accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind after using the product
  • Clearance or special offer items
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, or wrong product claims, customers are strongly requested to provide a clear unboxing video.

Without proper unboxing proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds may be sent via Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, or original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective items
  • Size or variant issue (if applicable)

Exchange depends on product stock availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by ArTopShop
  • We are not responsible for returns lost during courier transit

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled:

  • Before shipment confirmation
  • If the product becomes unavailable
  • For suspicious or fraudulent activity
